Dilara Findikoglu doesn’t do fashion shows. She crafts full-blown cinematic universes, each collection feeling like a portal into a world more rebellious, more mythic, and definitely more unbothered by reality. This season, she staged her AW25 show, Venus from Chaos, inside Electrowerkz—a fittingly industrial, underground haunt in North London. And what unfolded? A spectacle of transformation, power, and a whole lot of unapologetic sensuality.
Fresh off last season’s exploration of rage and rebellion, Findikoglu turned her gaze toward rebirth. AW25 imagined an escape—one where women aren’t just breaking free from societal expectations but transcending them entirely, shedding their skins (quite literally) and landing somewhere celestial. Venus, to be exact. But don’t expect soft, romantic Aphrodite vibes—this was Venus on her own terms.

From sculptural corsetry to leather molded like second skin, the pieces told a story of evolution. Seashell embellishments nodded to the goddess’s oceanic birth, while heavy-duty snakeskin dresses carried a sense of power and defiance. But it was the final look that really sent shivers down the spine—a fully tattooed, leather “naked dress,” created in collaboration with Whitaker Malem and tattoo artist Jonah Slater. A vision of someone stepping into their most unfiltered, untamed self.

Dilara’s world is one where historical references, punk edge, and divine femininity all collide. AW25 didn’t just present clothes—it asked, “Who are you when you’ve shed everything the world put on you?” And the answer? Someone unstoppable.
